Of course, when it comes to custom requests and orders we want to work with you to get you the services you need, more often than not it starts by opening a ticket and going through the escalation process often being handled with extreme care by the big-chief himself @Helbulus.
We strongly encourage the use of our 🎫-contact-us ticket system, where one of the @Staff will pick up once available to handle the query. This may be @Allen Michael, @Shadow or others from the @Support Team who'll be your initial point of contact, dependent on the query it could be escalated to someone with the specialisation to resolve your ticket.
